Overall Satisfaction with Quantum Metric

It is used in an all-digital organization, it helps us to identify and solve issues our customers were having while transacting. In QM we can search for customer's sessions and go through all the steps the customers followed, it is very useful to identify the pain points the customer has.
  • QM has a great search query with multiple options.
  • QM provides multiple charts and stats to evaluate and check trends.
  • QM has many features that help users to find and analyze the customer session.
  • QM needs to improve documentation and training. That part is not that good.
  • Sometimes it's quite slow and also sometimes does not display correct numbers.
  • Sometimes it is not capturing all data or we cannot replay the session, it shows a blank screen.
  • Help you identify customer's issues quickly.
  • As soon as we solve any customer issue, we stop losing money faster.
  • Don't know the price but for sure it is worth using.
I haven't used any other products similar to QM.
If you have an issue you just need to drop an email to Q support and they respond quickly.

If you need to see what your customer was doing and identify the issue customers were facing, QM is your tool.
If you need a very very fast tool to analyze data, QM is not that useful.
