Overall Satisfaction with Qubit
We have started using Qubit more than a year ago. It is being used only for the E-Commerce department of Uniqlo Europe. Since our platform is being managed in Japan, Qubit gives us the flexibility to implement redesigns in an easy manner and increase our conversion rate accordingly. We also use the Discover platform for behavioural data reporting and A/B live testing on the site.

- The feedback box has helped on many levels as it gathers information on all parts of the business. Feedback is given to relevant departments such as merchandising and product development. New products or additional sizes are being introduced based on the customer feedback.

- Several tests that we wanted to push live are taking longer to implement as expected. I wish they had more capacity especially around Christmas.
