Overall Satisfaction with Qubit
We use Qubit within our digital function across all Arcadia brands. Primary use is to deliver customer insight for us to test and deliver customer experience enhancements. Qubit runs the A/B tests for these enhancements and for testing other third party tools/services. Qubit is also used to deliver real time personalisation on our sites related to customer activity and product stock levels.

We have implemented many, many tests during our time with Qubit, leading to numerous changes to page content, layout and UX that have driven proven conversion increases. All these changes amass to an improved customer experience and improved business results as an outcome of this.

This is leveraged throughout our development of customer experience tests and in deploying real-time messages to our customers.
Qubit is well suited to robustly testing the incremental impact of activity, be it customer experience changes or martech implementations to justify or reduce further investment. It enables quick implementation and measurement of site A/B tests and the gathering of customer insight. It does have limitations in measuring and tracking off-site interactions and unifying them with onsite activity.
