Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

Quick Base is used across the whole organization, from employee directories, to improvement tracking, and stock item recording. It addresses organizational and communication problems by allowing users access to shared information, organized by applications.
  • Organize departmental information.
  • Allow or limit access to shared information for users.
  • Connect and group users.
  • Trouble with table connections.
  • Cross-application connections.
  • Lack of design options.
I believe Quick Base has successfully made building, deploying, and maintaining custom applications for business faster and easier. It has allowed for users to custom build their own applications specific to their departmental needs. Individuals are able to experiment with application options and review what exactly is wanted or needed.
Quick Base would be a great addition to any company, small or large because of its ability to track and store information. Large companies would really benefit from the ability to share or limit information for users throughout the entire entity. Small companies can benefit from the fact that information is always readily available and organized.

Personally do not have experience with employee information integration, but as a user find it extremely useful to have access to many aspects of an employee profile in one place. For sanitation processes, it has been useful in collaborating and creating one location to find and review processes, procedures, and results for multiple facilities.
Unfortunately do not have any experience with using QuickBase pipeline integrations.
In my experience, I have found it very useful in user management regulation. I really like that I am able to assign certain levels of access to specific users. Example of security would be the different access or viewing levels, from administration to participant to viewer only. This is useful in regards to sensitive information, like an employee complaint or comment.
