Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is currently being used to track projects and record time against those projects, as well as for software enhancements.

Pros and Cons

Tracking of software changes through the SDLC.
Ability to customize user interfaces.
Robust reporting capability.

It would be nice to be able to save the report from a page to not just Excel, but another file. Excel is limited for the number of characters in a cell and we sometimes run into an issue where the data is truncated.
Sometimes it gets lost when paging through multiple page and I'd have to start over.
Sometimes when the above happens, the left side panel changes or goes away.

Ease of Building Custom Applications

We don't use this feature of Quickbase.

Quick Base is very well suited for our needs to track software changes through the SDLC. The text boxes are not suited to include screenshots. Those have to be attached as separate documentation.

Quick Base covers all of our bases.
