Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase

We used Quickbase CRM management solution to integrate and visualize our existing CRM data. It helped us gain insights/data that was not possible earlier, like leads data, emails, prospects data etc
  • Dashboard view with every useful information on homepage
  • CRM data integration
  • Timeline view to track the task and performances
  • Limited functionality in terms of charts and graphs
  • limited features in Trial
  • A bit difficult to learn
  • Faster time to market
  • Enhance decision making
  • Improved data management
We used only CRM management solution by Quickbase that helped us breakdown CRM data silos and helped us focus on datapoints which are useful for us.
For CRM data management it really helped us achieve significant improvement to read and understand data better, which areas/market/prospects should we focus or not

If you have large set of database in CRM systems, then QuickBase CRM management solution can be useful, because it helped us manage our CRM data more efficiently and effectively without replacing CRM system but integrating data from CRM's to make it more useful
