We use QuickBooks for all of our accounting functions, accounts payable and receivables, as well as payroll.

Of all of the accounting software I have used over the years, QuickBooks is easy to use, and very user friendly for people who are NOT computer savvy.

QuickBooks Pro is very user friendly even for people who are not computer savvy. It's hard to make an error in QuickBooks and mess anything up.
The help button is at the top of the banner, it's easy to reach someone by phone or internet chat for support.
QuickBooks is very user friendly, and easy to train people on. There is a lot of information on the web if you need something you cant find an answer to.
