Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We use QuickBooks Online for our business books as well as a tool to promote other business clients to use the tools. It is used across the whole organization and addresses the ability to keep your business books up to date wherever you are at as long as you have an internet connection.
  • Ease of use
  • Make changes to program more often rather than each year
  • Ability to have access to business financials as long as you have an internet connection
  • Reports look different on QuickBooks Online from QuickBooks PC verison
  • Not able to see AJE report with QuickBooks Online (or at least easily)
  • Ability to stay on top of business financials quicker
  • Increase employee efficiency
  • Decreased downtime spent getting books up to date
Same company but some businesses would prefer to have a desktop version rather than the information floating around in the cloud. :)
QuickBooks Online is not suited at this point for clients who have large inventory items; it needs work on accepting credit card payments with other providers such as Square.
