Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We use QuickBooks Online for our all of our organization’s billing, daily accounting, and tax preparation.
  • The convenience of it being web-based allows me access regardless of location.
  • It also affords me the opportunity to use an app on my phone when I’m on the go.
  • The application itself is pretty clean and fairly easy to use.
  • The price. It’s too expensive.
  • It has helped us streamline our billing and accounting practices.
  • It saves us an incredible amount of time processing bills, expenses, payroll, and monthly reconciliation.
QuickBooks Online is feature rich and easy to use. Overall, I think it’s better than any other alternative right now. Once the competition can match the features of QBO, and provide it at a lower price, I would definitely consider looking at the alternative. For now, though, it’s QBO.
It is a great product for managing your financials, however, it can be cost-prohibitive for a new business that can’t afford the high monthly fee.

Using QuickBooks Online

2 - We use QBO every day to handle accounting, billing, payroll, financial reporting and/or tax preparation.
1 - If there is ever a question or issue, I am generally the one troubleshooting or contacting QBO support to guide me through.

Currently, it’s the best option out there for us. I would recommend it based on features, but not on price.
