Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

we are using QuickBooks Online as our accounting system for our entire company. It keeps our books balanced and allows us to manage the P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow statements.

  • Connects to the Accountants Office Easily
  • Make adding manual transactions easier
  • Easier Journal Entry
  • Makes my job overall easier to manage the money.

Overall I am happy with the usability, however it can be difficult to find what you are looking for.
Support is my least favorite part of the platform because they do not make it easy to speak to humans.
I like QuickBooks Online because it is easy for my small business with little transactions each month. It makes recording transactions easy for bookkeeping, however from an accountant standpoint I can see where it might very difficult for customized scenarios.
