Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We utilize QBO for day to day bookkeeping, invoicing, etc.
  • Cloud Based
  • Terrible Support
  • Features quit working without warning
  • QBO calculated tax incorrectly for 2 months and cost us $$
  • QBO does reduce bookkeeping labour time when it's working correctly
Sage support knocked the socks off QBO support, but it came at a price.

Support is so bad, and software glitches pop up often enough that QBO ends up being quite frustrating.
Bottom of the barrel.
QBO appears to be a great product on the surface, but don't expect any help when their software glitches out. The support chat is extremely frustrating - agents don't have a clue what they are talking about and can't even comprehend a simple explanation of the issue. They often then disconnect the chat and you are left with no recourse other than to start from square 1 again. QUICKBOOKS SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE!
