Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
We use QuickBooks Online advanced for our accounting needs. From tracking expenses to creating our financial statements. Quickbooks Advanced Online makes it easy to get our vendors paid when they need to be paid. I also find that it is easy to research issues and come up with a quick answer.
Pros
- Quickbooks Advanced Online does a great job of tracking expenses.
- Quickbooks Advanced Online makes it easy to track cashflow by automatically syncing with my bank and my credit cards.
- Quickbooks Advanced Online makes it easy to see detailed credit card records and allows me to categorize the charges.
Cons
- We wish Quickbooks had a depreciation module for assets.
- We wish it was easier to move expenses between the different companies we have since large purchases need to be split between different companies.
- We wish it was easier to create the Fathom Reports to create the custom reports.

I wish there was a way to copy the setup from one company to the next. We have 4 companies and it takes a while to be able to set up each company the same. The companies are all owned by the same person so he likes to see everything the same.
Quickbooks Advanced Online addresses the need to track expenses and revenues and provides the reports needed to give accurate presentations of the data.
Quickbooks Advanced Online gives the admin more ways to control access and also more ways to set up the chart of accounts. The fathom reporting looks like it will make the presentation of the 4 companies much easier although we haven't had the time to set up the reports due to all the extra work with adding new companies.
