Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
We use it to generate invoices for our clients and to keep track of our material inventory.
Pros
- It's easy to generate an estimate and then convert it in to an invoice
- It's easy to add products or services to your personal database
- It keeps track of what department payments are going to
Cons
- It would be nice to be able to customize your home page with things you use most.
- It's helped us to keep track of our profits much easier
I use quickbooks to create invoices for our production department. It was really easy to learn to use and I enjoy that I can access it online from anywhere, not just my computer. I like that multiple people have access as well so I don't need to export anything. I also love that it allows you to email clients invoices.
Our accounting person, our deputy director and I all have access to the account we use. It is nice to be able to have them look at what is going on without having to export things.
I've already answered this.
I like the fact that it's cloud based and I like that it is more geared towards businesses.
