Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

As a public accountant, I go into various clients' Quickbooks Online accounts to review data. Quickbooks advance clients allow clients to organize information better and make their books cleaner at the end of the year. With the additional services advance offers, reports can be set up to allow the user to see how the company is doing during a set period. Quickbooks Online has been growing over the years and now offers multiple add-on apps to further help user needs.
  • Integration of apps.
  • Building of custom reports.
  • Ease of reconciling bank statements.
  • Increased characters in report titles.
  • Job cost allocations.
  • Quickbooks Online makes it easy to get information exported to create financials or tax returns.
Quickbooks does a good job at one, sending representatives to talk through demonstrations, two, onboarding support, and three, importing information from other software to transition easily. They offer free training sessions online to help gain knowledge of new updates and once complete you can even become QuickBooks Online certified after passing a test.
My experience is QuickBooks Online can be accessed anywhere. With it being a cloud-based software, I am able to access clients' QuickBooks Online accounts without them going through the pain of backing up their account and sending it to me. I can access my QuickBooks through my desktop at the office or anywhere I have my laptop.
The biggest way Quickbooks Online helps my business is by allowing users to enter day-to-day information with ease. Then the software organizes the data in a way I can use it. Entering payables and receivables easily causes fewer issues down the road and also allows the clients to know who owes them money and who they owe money to without second-guessing the information.
Quickbooks tends to do better than ADP in my opinion. ADP software seems to be pretty robust and outdated. Quickbooks seems to have more visuals and allows users to create more custom reports. ADP seems a little restrictive, while Quickbooks has more abilities. Quickbooks has been the king of accounting software for so long, it is hard to go against them.

Quickbooks Online is best for medium to small companies with several revenue streams. Once a company starts getting over a certain threshold of activity they should consider custom-tailored software for themselves. There are many factors that lead to this decision, but overall Quickbooks Online is great for the small business community.
