You are missing out on time and money if you do not have QuickBooks Online Advanced.

QuickBooks Online Advanced has saved my company so much time and money. Time because of the many integrations and ease of use. Money, because it gives me custom reporting so that I know exactly where the company's money is for both income and expenses. Closing the books allows me to save on accounting fees (paying an accountant) because of the time and ease of use. I would highly recommend QuickBooks Online Advanced to anyone from freelance to small business to large business. QuickBooks will grow with you and your company.

QuickBooks Online Advanced was very intuitive and easy to set up. Two meetings with the team were enough to get everyone trained. One meeting to show them the system and make sure they had login information. Second meeting to follow-up and get their feedback - which matched mine... AMAZED and grateful.

Desktop features are not a 1-for-1 for mobile devices so most things are done on the desktop. However, we use mobile devices for reviewing and reporting as a dashboard. There are times when I wish they mirrored because I would much rather work off of my iPad rather than have to log in to the desktop. Specifically around paying contractors.

All things finances are answered by QuickBooks Online Advanced.... minus making me extra money. Even the QuickBooks Checking Account is a great feature.
