Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

QuickBooks Online Advanced is used in almost all areas of our finances. Not only are we able to track our spending and income, but we can also compare month to month and year to year, pay bills, receive payments and keep track of all of the moving parts of running a company. Automation makes things incredibly helpful as well.

  • Further explanations of categories within the help feature are incredibly helpful.

Cons

  • Support staff are not as knowledgeable as needed to truly offer help.
  • Website is down frequently.
  • The amount of time saved working through finances has saved me money.
  • Catching errors in bills and payments leads to money saved.
The setup and training are incredibly easy, especially as you can get help support to walk through each step. I was able to have it running and working with my company in a very short amount of time.
I work with companies in different states and being able to have all of our work on the cloud is the only way my job as a bookkeeper is possible.
As a bookkeeper, being able to use QuickBooks Online Advanced, virtually, makes my company successful.
The cloud feature on QuickBooks Online Advanced, versus QuickBook Desktop, makes my company a possibility. All of my clients are in different states and I would be unable to do my job without the ease of QuickBooks Online and the ability for all parties to view finances and work together.

There have been many times where I reached out for help and the support person was unable to do anything other than look up something that I could have or already had looked up myself. But it is very well suited to offer the ability to keep all finances organized, categorized, automated, and labeled well. The reports also make it incredibly easy to see what is going on with finances month to month.
