Easy to use and learn! Biggest Bang for your buck but not expensive like most accounting software.

I use QuickBooks Online Advance on a daily basis for posting customer payments, billing, and accounts receivable/payables. I do our daily banking through QuickBooks as well as our month-end reconciliations for our bank and credit card accounts as well.

The setup was seamless. It was a simple download process as we use the online version and we then created logins for our staff and roles.

Some of our employees have had to work remotely during Covid and the beauty of QuickBooks Online is that it is accessible from your tablet, desktop, laptop, or cellphone as long as you have your login credentials.

We are focused on financing. The lender finances us and then we fund the practices. This takes a lot of detail and tracking. QuickBooks ensures that we are able to track by company, contract, and patient. We do have in-house inventory that we sell on occasion. QuickBooks allows us to account for our inventory as well so we can ensure that we do not have any losses.
