Accessible and User Friendly

We use QuickBooks Online Advanced for all of our bookkeeping and accounting needs including AR, invoicing, AP, and reporting.

We imported from QuickBooks Desktop so the transition was easy. However, we signed on very early in the implementation of QuickBooks Online so there were some quirks to be worked out however the application and features are constantly changing and improving. The software is extremely user friendly so training others has been simple.

The partners of our company are actually in different states so the cloud-based functionality serves us well so that anyone can review at any time. Additionally, cloud-based access has been instrumental to continued success as we transitioned to a hybrid office model were working from home and the office is the new normal.

QuickBooks Online Advanced could improve the ability to serve the real estate and property management clients, but the most helpful feature is AR/Invoicing. Otherwise, we use it primarily for accounting not specific to our industry.
