Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

I used QuickBooks Online Advanced with another company and recommended it to my current employer when they asked that I assist their accountant with bookkeeping duties. They had previously used QuickBooks Desktop with only one user, therefore I was not able to work on the books at the same time as her. We've been using QuickBooks Online Advance for over 2 years and for the most part have not had any problems. QuickBooks Online Support has been very helpful when needed.

Pros

Cons

  • full bank transaction descriptions given
  • Inexpensive for all features available
I had previous experience with QuickBooks Online Advanced, so it was very easy to transition from Desktop to online.
It is the same experience using QuickBooks Online when I am out of the office.
We are a non-profit using QuickBooks Online Advanced, so I believe there are some features we are not using and probably features we could use, but are not.

Cloud-based accounting is very convenient when I need to get information for my supervisor after I have left the office. I also use the customized report feature and projects to create specific reports as needed.
