Before switching to QuickBooks Online Advanced I started by taking classes to learn how to use QuickBooks Online. After a week I was able to start fully using QuickBooks Online. I have been so productive since starting. The resources available are an incredible educational opportunity. learning these new systems set my company up to go in the right direction for the year and be prepared for tax time.

I like that you can use QuickBooks anywhere. I work from home a lot since Covid hit. Being able to continue to work whether I'm on an HP desktop or Chromebook laptop you can count on being able to work, Having the mobile app makes invoicing on the go so easy and convenient.

QuickBooks hits every aspect that my company needs to operate. I run a small tax preparation company that offers bookkeeping services and Financial Coaching, So having one system to do everything is absolutely amazing. I can create my client then prepare their tax organizer, then prepare their taxes. Then the same is for my bookkeeping clients everything is in one place even to bill them for my services. Then I can track the time for my employees and run payroll. Now if that's not a complete system I don't know what is.
