Overall Satisfaction
We used Qvidian in the marketing department to support RFP responses. We did try to implement an organization wide usage but didn't have full management support.
- Good way of maintaining responses
- Gave other departments a basis to form their replies
- General repository which helped with non-RFP content
- Their over the phone support was very good, but at times there was a bit of a lag getting someone on the phone. When a deadline is looming you really want help at the very moment that you call.
- Faster RFP response times, definitely
- Less stress on the person responsible for delivering the RFP on time
We did evaluate other systems. The names currently escape me. We thought for the money and product, Qvidian was the best choice.
