2022 Update: Our entire foundation uses the web view of NXT. It helps to track moves management, giving, and event participation. Even novice users are able to navigate the system.

Updated 2022: It is great for organizations who have multiple gift officers tracking actions and moves. The events module is improving in web view to the point that it is being utilized for every event by all staff. Web view is great to get new staff off and running as it is fairly intuitive.

2022 update - Frequent issues with down times and removal of capabilities with little notice have many organizations looking for something similar. The fact remains that no other system is as robust as Raiser's Edge NXT. I have my eye out for other products to improve and don't discount the possibility of ending our contract in the future.
