Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
Raiser's Edge NXT is used by all members of our development (fundraising) department to manage donor relations and fundraising requests. It is accessible from any internet-enabled device, allowing our team to access information in the office or on the go. It provides a user-friendly interface for users, even those who are not technology savvy.

- Does not currently have functionality to entirely replace the Raiser's Edge database view, but this is under development

Raiser's Edge NXT has helped to increase operational efficiency by providing an easier, more user-friendly way to access donor information that is stored in our database. Prior to implementing NXT, our team used the Raiser's Edge database view, which requires a significant investment of time and training. NXT is much easier to use.
Our team is still developing policies and procedures to best utilize Raiser's Edge NXT to increase revenue from new and existing donors. However, the built-in analysis of the donor lifecycle is useful in identifying donors to target.

We use Raiser's Edge NXT in conjunction with Blackbaud Netcommunity to manage online giving and donor e-communications. Additionally, we use Blackbaud's Education Edge software to manage our school's application process, and it integrates with Raiser's Edge NXT to ensure that student, parent and alumni data is seamlessly transferred between programs. This has helped to streamline our operations.
Additionally, Blackbaud's online communities are invaluable for making connections with peers and answering questions related to the Blackbaud products we use. Blackbaud also hosts a number of conferences across the country, which are great places to get more information and ideas for our organization.

Our organization has not considered CRM solutions from companies other than Blackbaud at this time.
