Overall Satisfaction with Really Simple Systems

We use Really Simple Systems as a customer database, electronic diary, task manager, and marketing tool. It is easy to use and allows us to quickly add clients, update clients, create tasks, and diarise important appointments and renewals. Without Really Simple Systems, there would be no way we could manage our clients in an effective and timely manner.

I originally used Zoho CRM, but made the switch to REally Simple Systems and haven't looked back. Really Simple Systems at the time provided a more comprehensive customer database management and task tool than Zoho. Easier to use and nicer to look at. Never regretted the decision to move to Really Simple Systems.

Never let me down, allows easy tracking of tasks, which is invaluable.
Whenever I have had any issues, which is probably only 3 times in 10 years, the back office support has been fantastic and got me up and running again in a very short time. Cannot fault them at all. But as I stated, problems have been very few and far between.
Really Simple Systems is ideal for a small to medium-size business with a dynamic client bank. Very simple to use to get the basics done, but functionality is there to expand to full marketing, invoicing, pipeline tracking, bulk emailing. Ability to add admin users and main users with a different scope of control. Highly recommended.
