Overall Satisfaction with Really Simple Systems
We needed to be able to record & store our customer details in a safe GDPR Compliant way that allows me to segment into different target groups. This system allows me to do that and with the addition of the marketing module, I can target these groups with [specifically] tailored emails and then see the results.
- Very easy to use, hence the name
- Integrates with Microsoft calendar
- Data segmentation
- HTML email builder isn't the best but ok
- Exporting the marketing data can be a little long winded sometimes
- GDPR compliant
- Up to date customer records
- Data segmentation is key for us
It's like it takes the best bits from the above and puts it all into one easy-to-use system. Nowhere near as complicated. A couple of tweaks to be perfect but [it] certainly does the job I need it to.
