Overall Satisfaction with Recruit CRM

Recruit CRM has provided us with an out-of-the-box, cost-effective solution to manage the operational process of moving candidates through a recruitment pipeline. With the integrated CRM capability, it allows us to track all candidate-specific communications, which is instrumental to follow-ups and searching historical records. The API has given us the added capability to integrate with our custom applications and web pages, allowing us to create great experiences for our users while having recruit CRM run our operations in the background. It is exactly what we needed and has been a reliable tool in our processes. The support we received from the team has been the best of any software company we have worked with. Their response time is very fast and they move to resolve issues very quickly. They are continually updating their product and have seen a strong focus on their customers and what they are asking for.

We evaluated about 3-5 different vendors. The low barrier to entry made it an easy target to test out. Forcing an upfront annual fee was not in our interest without extensively testing the product. We also had a very basic requirement - an easy way to intake a large number of candidates and move them through a recruitment process. We didn't need anything else special at the time and recruit CRM was the most straightforward application that would provide us with a solution.

Easy to use out of the box. Didn't give a full 10 as things could get complex the more complicated the workflows to become. As long as your organization documents its unique processes, you should be fine.
As mentioned previously, one of the best support teams I've dealt with out of all the vendors we work with. Always quick to respond, often responding with real solutions and good questions.
Anytime an organization has a recruitment pipeline of any sort, recruit CRM can be used to manage it. The more complex your workflow, recruit CRM can still be customized accordingly, but you would need to make use of their API. As is part of the name, once recruitment stops, you would have to use another tool to manage things afterward (Onboarding, HR management, etc)
