Overall Satisfaction with Referral Factory
I found Referral Factory to advertise a series of webinars for students and now we use it regularly to incentivise students to attend and refer their peers to several writing/research support services in the organisation. We had low take-up in the early roll-out and there were few ways to "market" our kind of service. It's been really useful to get buy-in among a young audience.
- It's very easy to use even though my colleagues and I aren't that tech-savvy.
- The customer support is really friendly and proactive.
- I found a pre-built template for webinars, which I didn't expect!
- It takes a little while to get the ball rolling with the campaign but I am happy to see how it is growing now.
- I thought $75 was a little expensive to start.
- My QR code didn't work at first.
- Once you've set it up, it runs by itself, which is great because we don't have a dedicated marketing team.
