Overall Satisfaction with ReferralCandy
ReferralCandy is currently used for our referral program that is offered to all customers. This allows our customers to refer new customers while offering them a discount when they refer someone. We use this program to help spread the word about our products through our existing customer base. This program is offered to all customers who complete a purchase with our company.
- ReferralCandy has an easy set up that is easy to use.
- The automation of referral candy saves me a lot of time.
- ReferralCandy has great communication when I need assistance.
- I would love to see a multi-tiered referral or reward system so that we can offer certain customer groups unique offers.
- I would love a feature where you can issue a reward to a customer without them "qualifying for it".
- Discounted referral rewards.
- Managing customers and visibility to see how many people customers refer.
- Integration with Google Analytics, and our email tool.
- ReferralCandy has been positive because it allows customers to refer new customers to discover our brand.
- We'd love to know more about how this affects our customer acquisition cost.
