Overall Satisfaction with Reflektive
This is being used throughout the organization as a kudos and recognition board. People don't know what other departments do to succeed, so its really extremely helpful to notice accomplishments. We also see what individuals and departments goals are for the year.

- Wish I could be alerted on my mobile device
- Be able to send push notifications when my team writes a review
