Used as a tool in delivering consultancy.
- Save time by collecting information about customizations.
- Prepare analysis report that can be presented to clients.
- Make recommendations to assist in triage and proposal of problem remediation.
- SharePoint development 'best practices' are very much dependent on context. I'd like to see some rules as advisory rather than mandatory by default, as the output of the tool can sometimes be alarmist when not understood in its technical context.
- Automation of code review to reduce time.
- Demonstrate to customer the need for remedial work.
- Reduced time preparing reports and recommendations.
I have found no other product that is able to do a similar analysis.
