Overall Satisfaction with Revenue.io (formerly RingDNA)

I use RingDNA to contact new leads, recycle leads, and incoming calls, and also do follow-ups with our new clients. We use it every day and we make around 100 per day. This tool is easy to use and helps us to contact our new clients faster since is also integrated with Salesforce.

  • It's faster to contact lead because of click to call.
  • We can use multiple pre-recorded voicemails.
  • We can listen our calls because all calls are recorded.
I used Avaya to make calls in my previous job but it was not user-friendly and very complicated to use.

It's a really good tool to communicate with others. I use it to contact new clients and I loved the voicemail drop feature, I make around 100 calls per day and if they do not answer the phone I have the option to just select the voicemail I need to drop instead of been repeating myself all the time. Love it!
