Overall Satisfaction with Revenyze

Reporting our of HubSpot and insuring those reports are accurate it challenging, integrating Revenyze with HubSpot gives use the reporting tools in a visual layout that is accurate and easy to understand. It ensures that we get the information we need as soon as we need it for our entire revenue team (Sales & Marketing)
  • Interactive and Visual reporting using Dashboards
  • Hels us to understand the touch points of our clients journey and where we need to apply action
  • Using task and action plans ensures that the sales team don't miss key steps in the sales process
  • There should be additional plan options, only having Pro or Scale could be challenging to some start up mid-size companies
  • Again because the plans are quite pricing, there should possible be a trial version
  • Additional data rows and sources on the Pro plan would be helpful
  • Our team target productivity is up by 40% on the previous quarter
  • Integration between marketing and sales is seamless, both teams now speak the same language
  • We have increased our lead nurturing by around 30%, ensuring that leads don't slip through task gaps
We love using HubSpot, we only have some minor niggles that introducing Revenyze solved. Together the two work in harmony ensuring the best action and tasks as well as understanding for our revenue team. The integration if you are using HubSpot already is seamless and easy to implement. The two compliment each other and you will really see the impact that using both software solutions has on your bottom line.

Great customer service and support with an easy to use interface and easy to understand. The integration is seamless and much easier to use compared to some competitors products. Having customizable dashboards to handle reporting makes easier work for the team and they are able to understand their objectives more easily. We found that the dashboards and reporting also make sure that our client touch points are correct and ensures that we are offering the best service experience.

I do feel that a con for Revenyze would be the gap in packages/plans available. I believe there should be a slight increase in the offering on Pro, leave Scale as it is and introduce a slightly more entry level package that offers what Pro currently does. This offers a greater plan dynamic to the mid-size enterprises who are working on updating their B2B and CRM packages which as we all know can be an incredibly costly exercise.
