Overall Satisfaction with ReviewInc

It was used to support our hyper-local marketing strategy by feeding the Google My Business listings, for which we had five at the time with reviews. It was being used purely by the marketing department. It addresses one of Google's key factors for showing up in the search results: relevance.
  • Customization of workflows.
  • The best customer support I've ever encountered. They get involved in process design to achieve user goals.
  • Platform works flawlessly.
  • Extra perks such as widget to display reviews and NAP data review.
  • Tough to think of any.
  • Price for the service is fantastic.
Way too expensive for a flashier-looking version of the same thing.
They are the best in the business. To describe how good, I wanted to develop a way to flip a switch in my CRM to have a request sent out, but then make sure that another request could not be sent out. They introduced me to and taught me how to use Zapier to achieve this requirement. This took a 2-hour support session. They are wonderful to work with!

Very well suited to anyone seeking to grow their reputation through sourcing reviews. They have advanced automation features that many can take advantage of to automate the process too.
