Reviewsnap is currently being used for the whole organization. It addresses the paper use issue, when it comes to 6 -12 month reviews within our organization. It also addresses filing issues, instead of using drawers we will use review snap to store all reviews in the cloud.
- Reviewsnap has a great granular permissions system for different types of administrators.
- Reviewsnap has great way of retrieving old reviews for reference.
- The interface is pretty simple and easy to use. They are moving to a new interface and that is yet to be determined.
- Although the old interface was easy, it still can become convoluted at times if an employee has multiple managers. They need to make it easier to for employees who have a manager and a top level manager that need to also see the review.
- Reviewsnap's old UI does not allow for employees who have 2 same-level managers. This is an oversight that needs to be addressed.
- It's saved us a lot of paper and confusion. We used to use a lot of paper to track reviews from all over the organization. Now we use Reviewsnap to keep track of reviews and to use old reviews as reference when discussing goals.
- The cloud-based system is great due to the fact that we have satellite offices around the US. You can even do a review from Alaska if required.
- Initially the customer service was great and responsive during deployment. Once the deployment was complete, the HR director reported having a hard time contacting support.
