Reviewsnap is being used throughout our organization to help manage the annual performance review process.
- Reviewsnap helps customize templates for the needs of our departments.
- Directors are able to manage goals and benchmark the performance of employees with ease.
- Reviewsnap allows job descriptions and annual performance reviews to be available to employees and their managers 24/7.
- I would like to see the 360 review process better managed. We did not take full advantage of this feature because we found it somewhat ambiguous.
- Overall, we have enjoyed Reviewsnap as it gave us all the functionality and ease at a very reasonable cost. That will be abruptly disrupted on December 31, 2018. We will be forced to make a change.
We have not yet begun looking at other products as of yet.
