RingDNA as an application is used by the majority part of the organization. This application helps us to stay in touch with all of our potential sales prospects and to ensure regular follow-up to confirm a conversion.

- Voicemails that never go amiss
- SMS feature
- Dedicated sections for Missed Calls and Voicemails
- Global Time Zones are not always correct
- Has some lag since it is through Google Chrome Extension

We have been inclined only to RingDNA due to its user-friendly interface and are not intending to move to any other application.
