Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is being used to house our HR and personal information, along with links to trainings.
  • Easy access to what you need.
  • User friendly.
  • Personal login is nice for transitions out of positions.
  • Accidentally clicking the check box to show when tasks are complete - it erases the task - maybe pop up box that says "have you completed this task (yes/no)."
  • It makes it easy to transition new employees into the company.
I have always been employed by companies that use internal programs that you begin after your first start date.
When a link wasn't working, Rippling reached out and got it solved right away.

I think the way it's laid out is very user friendly - I like the bar on the side for quick searching around the larger departments that are in Rippling.
Rippling is user friendly and easy to maneuver. All my information is easily found and I haven't had issues at all.
