Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is being used across the entire organization.
  • Seamless integration from applicant tracking to onboarding to payroll.
  • Easy payroll processing.
  • I didn't find the computer device management app easy to implement.
  • Would be nice if the health insurance integration app were free/included, but it would be an add-on expense, and I never added it on because it seemed that it would too expensive in relation to what I would get (this would be to integrate our own company health plan).
  • Saved hundreds per month vs. previous payroll provider, and got additional benefits such as on the ATS and personnel onboarding side that were not included with previous payroll provider.
  • RUN Powered by ADP®
Rippling provided greater flexibility and cost benefits for us because ADP charged per pay run, whereas Rippling has charged per month for unlimited (even including off-cycle) pay runs. This was valuable for us because we run payroll weekly. Rippling provided the integration with a solid Applicant Tracking System and cloud-based online onboarding platform, for example e-signing of onboarding employment documents--these services/features were not provided by ADP.
Generally speaking, the support is nearly instant. I've occasionally had to wait a bit for a support rep, but that has been rare. And even when there was a delay, it was only a matter of a few minutes. When I connected with a support rep today, he actually jumped on a Zoom call to walk me through the features and implementation that I needed.

Feature rich, good support, good integration and connectivity of the various applications, and I like that you have the ability to add or remove applications based on our specific needs and budget.

Great for integration and work flow from ATS to Onboarding to Payroll processing.
