Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Our whole company uses Rippling for payment and HR management. We also use it for learning and time management as well.
  • Easy to request time off.
  • Easy to see your find information on pay stub.
  • easy to see when you have a training that needs to be completed.
  • Notifications help you to not miss important deadlines (i.e. enrolling for benefits, etc.).
  • No complaints or things I can think of for improvement.
  • Freed up time, give better transparency into information, easy employee self-service.
Helped us set up company wide, was easy and seamless transition.

Great to use, easy to use on mobile. Having to log in each time is a pain, but also understand from a security standpoint why that happens.
Well suited if you want to give your employees easy access to their information (benefits, payroll, etc) and have a hub for HR trainings and time management.
