Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We have used Rippling to streamline our payroll, HR documentation, contractor management, and benefits. I have had the opportunity to use Rippling both as a manager and an employee -- and found it easy to navigate. Previously, we would have to manually keep track of requests for time off or sick leave, with Rippling, both the manager and the employee can easily see how much time is accrued and if there are requests pending. An added benefit is that the platform reminds you of upcoming work anniversaries and birthdays at the beginning of the month to ensure you don't forget them.

From the employee side, I appreciate that the platform sends emails when we have been paid, it sends reminders when there are pending items for HR or benefits that I need to take care of.

I found the on-boarding process to be incredibly intuitive from both the employee and manager side of the platform.

I would highly recommend Rippling to companies looking to streamline their on-boarding and other HR processes.

I was not the evaluator of other platforms for the company - I know we chose Rippling in the end due to the functionality/ease of use.
When we have had to contact Rippling regarding integrations or for support, they are very responsive.

The user interface for Rippling is very intuitive which eliminates the need for us to heavily train new additions to the team on how to use it. From the beginning they set up an account and Rippling has a tutorial when you first login. Once you have used it, the notifications let you know when there are updates or action items you need to complete. We haven't received any complaints from team members using the platform.
I would recommend Rippling for growing companies or even just companies who are looking to automate more of their HR process. For us, using Rippling for onboarding, to manage vacation/sick leave, and payroll has saved time and provided employees greater access to their documents/payroll. Employees no longer have to send email requests to access old paystubs or request time off.
