Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Our company is using Rippling for setting up and managing insurance benefits, storing company policies, managing payroll and time-off requests, and tracking company expenses. We are basically using it for anything HR-related.
  • Easy to find my paystubs/ tells me when I got paid.
  • Easy to add a dependent to my insurance plan.
  • Easy to request time off.
  • I couldn't find a copy of my company's policies easily. I wasn't sure if they weren't uploaded or I wasn't looking in the right place.
  • Finding a quick and easy place to contact customer support from the main dashboard.
  • I am just an employee so I am not the right person to answer this question.
We used Gusto prior to Rippling. I believe our team switched to Rippling because it had more features to be a one-stop shop.
I couldn't easily find a contact email on my main login to ask a question but I did not continue to search for one either. All other emails and alerts have been helpful and the adding of my dependent to insurance was done quickly and smoothly.

I have been able to figure it out pretty easily!
Our company recently switched to Rippling and I have been very happy with it in the interactions I have had!
