Our company uses Rippling for payroll, benefits, employee management, and technology management. Rippling has allowed us to replace multiple vendors and tools with one easy-to-manage dashboard for all of our HR-related needs. Onboarding staff is a painless process thanks to Rippling, and everyone on our team loves the platform.

Everything about Rippling's interface is well thought out and intuitive. They provide excellent training to get the most out of the platform, but it's easy to pick up the basic functionality without any training at all.
Rippling is ideal for small companies without a dedicated HR department, as well as companies that are growing rapidly or have a large workforce of remote employees. Running payroll in multiple states and staying in compliance with various state regulations is a breeze with Rippling, and allows for extensive automation of routine HR tasks.
