Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used company-wide to track time-cards and benefits. Having the app on our phones has made it extremely easy to track my benefits usage throughout the year as well as my current work hours each week. It is extremely easy and intuitive and as of right now, I have never had issues with this platform. I highly recommend using this program.

eVetPractice for clocking in/out - did not like. No phone app. No way to track benefits.
Zenefits - OK to track benefits, but still using eVet to clock in/out and could not do everything in one place.
I personally have not needed their support but have been told by coworkers that it is very good.

Extremely easy to use and intuitive.
Rippling is very intuitive. I have had no issues with this platform. Our prior HR/time clock software was confusing and constantly crashing. The best part about Rippling is being able to track my own benefits usage without having to speak with HR.
