Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Currently our whole agency is using Rippling in one way or another. All staff use Rippling Time and Attendance, Admin uses Rippling for employee reviews, payroll, and insurance benefits. with our last system the insurance benefits were very inaccurate and it caused the agency a lot of money in the end to correct. Rippling has made the process smoother and more efficient.

Rippling is a more user friendly service with more details to track staff information. Payroll in Rippling is 100% better and easier to use.
It is disappointing that there isn't a phone number to call to get support when needed. Problems always get corrected but it takes time and emailing back and forth is a waste of valuable time.

Rippling is very user friendly and easy to navigate through.
Rippling has streamlined our whole organization and created a more user friendly atmosphere for staff. I have received great feedback since we switched over to Rippling and the payroll process is amazing.
