Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My company uses Rippling for benefits, payroll and PTO management and we are just starting to use it to track personal development. It is utilized by the entire organization. It addresses all of our benefits management, payroll management and PTO management needs. We have yet to see how it will benefit us in the realm of personal enrichment but I am excited to see the results.

  • Getting my payroll information is simple.
  • Setting up benefits and viewing my benefits information is a breeze.
  • I would like to see the iPhone app have the same ease of use as the PC app.
  • Notifications from Rippling are redundant at times.
  • Rippling has had a positive impact on my company.
Rippling is definitely more user friendly and less complicated than the HR software I've had to use in the past. It does everything I need it for and does not bombard me with tons of buttons and options that are not necessary. That's why I prefer Rippling over the others.

Rippling is definitely more user friendly and less complicated than the HR software I've had to use in the past. It does everything I need it for and does not bombard me with tons of buttons and options that are not necessary. That's why I prefer Rippling over the others.
Going through Rippling's step by step enrollment guide in the benefits section is very easy to understand and doesn't take much time at all. There are explanations for every benefit and the cost comparisons helped me decide what benefits were best suited for my needs. The ability to log in and out gave me the flexibility to take my time while selecting my healthcare benefits and ensured that my current doctors are in network with the new plans that my company has available. That is extremely important to me now more than ever due to my medical condition. The phone app allows me to access my paystub and time off requests from anywhere as well.
