Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Rippling is being used across our entire org as a one-stop-shop for managing benefits, payroll & expense reports, and managing timecards.
- As a product designer myself, I have to say the overall UX is very solid. It's easy for me to figure out what actions I need to take are and what the next step is.
- I liked the email reminder to upload my dependent's forms by a certain date. I probably would have forgotten about this. I didn't have the forms readily available when I was adding them to my benefits initially.
- The dashboard is laid out and organized well. It's easy for me to navigate and find what I'm looking for. It's very "learnable" and intuitive, I didn't have to spend much time figuring out where things lived.
- The sign in process is a little confusing. To my understanding, you have to download the app to even be able to sign in?
- The biggest impact on ROI that I see, is that it's saved time for employees so they can spend time doing work=$$$
Bamboo was probably the most similar, just in terms of ease of use. Although I think rippling is better.
