Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used across the entire organization! It helps organize, streamline, and keep our company policies and HR managed. Rippling makes it easy for us to sign in and access everything from policy maintenance, employee onboarding, benefits, payroll, work contracts, offer letters, and more I'm sure. We all use it individually, and it's easy to ask other management questions because they can easily sign in and see the breakdown too!

Pros

  • Organization of important documents.
  • Policy education on company.
  • Breakdown of payroll & benefits.
  • Makes signing up for benefits seamless & easily understood.

Cons

  • A printable version of benefits to populate as soon as you sign up so you can print and keep while you wait for your ID cards.
  • Increased ROI by hours taken away from management (I do not have these numbers).
I have had no issues with Rippling, only positive experience!

Extremely user friendly! Makes for an easy navigation through all HR related needs.
Rippling keeps our company organized for all HR purposes! It makes it incredibly easy to be onboarded, keep your HR documents, makes policy education fun, and payroll seamless. Rippling keeps things streamlined and efficient so you an spend less time trying to figure out the odds and ends. Also, picking out benefits was SO easy through Rippling (something that can be overwhelming in other channels). Thanks Rippling!
