Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling to manage all of our HR across our company. In a small company, people where many hats, so Rippling allows us to streamline. It has also provided access to insurance and other benefits for our employees.
- Usability of the site.
- Clear communication that makes it easy to understand.
- Easy access to information.
- Provide more FAQ about benefits beyond the formal summary (I was looking for an easy answer about spousal insurance coverage and couldn't find it).
- We have not used this for long, but providing benefits to employees for the first time is an obvious benefit.
