Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
The company I work for uses Rippling for all our HR needs. It is so nice to be able to access our employee list and all benefits in one place.
- Organized.
- Easy-to-use.
- Clearly defined.
- I would like to make better use of the apps section, but it is confusing to me.
- Provide how-to videos.
- Ease-of-use allows us to have a lean onboarding team.
- Our HR team is also lean due to Rippling being so efficient.
- The emails Rippling sends out automatically save us a lot of headache.
I didn't select Rippling, but I do like the interface a lot better. It's also more clean and concise.
