Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

The company I work for uses Rippling for all our HR needs. It is so nice to be able to access our employee list and all benefits in one place.
  • Organized.
  • Easy-to-use.
  • Clearly defined.
  • I would like to make better use of the apps section, but it is confusing to me.
  • Provide how-to videos.
  • Ease-of-use allows us to have a lean onboarding team.
  • Our HR team is also lean due to Rippling being so efficient.
  • The emails Rippling sends out automatically save us a lot of headache.
I didn't select Rippling, but I do like the interface a lot better. It's also more clean and concise.
I have never experienced the support feature, as I have not needed it.

It's very easy to use. No one needed to teach me how to use it.
I think Rippling is well-suited to companies both big and small. As we have scaled up, Rippling has scaled up seamlessly with us.
