Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

It is used across the entire organization for benefits, payroll, and other employee management purposes. It allows employees a one-stop-shop for all benefits, payroll, PTO, and directory information

It is very user friendly and makes complex things like insurance easy to understand and elect
Insurance, benefits management, payroll. I know that we recently transitioned away from the recruiting/hiring module because it did not meet our needs but I am not on the HR team so I can't speak to anything specifically.
